Imagine a world in which a fox convinces you to detour well off-course from your path and travel to a village in rural southern France. In a way, this is how the Pascale Pullover came to be. While the animal could not speak, it's actions persuaded me to hitch, bus and walk to a place I had no intention of visiting. Sweater-less in late October, I entered Pascale's studio and left a little warmer.
The Pascale Pullover in Japanese silk and wool strikes the perfect balance of lightweight and warm, making it your go-to sweater for early spring evenings, cool winter mornings, and everything in between.
Produced in a small studio in the Ardèche, a deeply rural department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of Southeastern France, each piece is knit one at a time and hand finished (each piece varies slightly).
